Your semester fee directly supports the student body, the AStA (student union) and the Studierendenwerk (student services).
The semester ticket is also included.

The fee is payable upon enrolment and then each semester upon re-registration.

The semester consists of the year + ‘1’ for the summer semester or ‘2’ for the winter semester.

Important

The semester fee must be received in the account of the Landeshochschulkasse (State University Cash Office) by the deadline.
A transfer on the due date is not sufficient.

A late payment surcharge of €25 will be applied for late payments.



Refund of the semester fee

A refund is possible in the following cases:

  1. Withdrawal from studies:
    You have re-enrolled but withdraw your enrolment before lectures begin.
    → Processing fee: €25
    → The remaining amount will be refunded.
  2. De-registration before lectures begin:
    You have already re-registered but are de-registering in good time.
    → A refund is also possible.
    → You can submit your application online via the inCampo student portal.
